Hired in February, Smith brings more than 35 years of experience to the one-of-a-kind Angler's Restaurant on the Resort property.

 

As a Cacique Chef of the Year Award Winner, which honors the best in Bahamian tourism, Smith is a proven expert in Caribbean cuisine.
